I'm normally pretty patient, but I'm around other customers that are visibly frustrated and normally with good reason. I buy $25-50 every week from here weekly.
I've recently started driving out of my way to a Kroger that has much faster service even having to walk in. I was off today so I went back to this location, pulled up and received one latte, over 5min later received my second one. I only ordered two drinks??? I can't tell if it's due to lack of staff or speed.July 18, 2016
