I love the Iced Cap. I always get it and then regret that they never ask if i want whipped cream on top because they don't put it on and other coffee shops do. Mixed feelings on this.

Generally, the workers are fantastic. The coffee is good. The bagels are nice, chewy and flavorful. Occasionally, there is flat out rudeness from the drive-thru worker, but hey, it's fast food.
