  Lack of professionalism from so called manager Jenny..Never verified current address and attempted to deliver to old address and instead of calling the # back on file returned to store. Then told my teenage daughter after she called an hour later.. to come and pick up the order. Then hung up on her because of their error and our request to cancel credit card transaction. When I called she, in a raised voice, advised that she was standing right here when my daughter called, I asked so you allow your staff to just hang up on people when it's clearly your error? Never again will we be ordering from that location.

  Ordered a pizza on 12/16 and was warned it would be an hour for delivery. I appreciated the advanced warning and placed my order. An hour and a half later, no pizza. I called and was told it was en route. 30 minutes later, 2 HOURS after ordering, still no pizza so I called and canceled the order and transaction and have yet to receive a refund.
  I live 3 streets behind the location and delivery service is consistently TERRIBLE with this location. This used to be my favorite pizza in town but I will take my business elsewhere.
  It's been 2 weeks and now I'm being told I may not be able to receive a refund.

  Had ordered a pizza it took 2 hours for them to deliver them I had also asked for 2 canned sprites and the driver didn't even bring it. And they charged my card for something I never even got. I had called and spoke with the manager she was very nasty and she said the driver was going to bring back my pops and he never showed up. Don't order from them!! I'm never ordering from them again!
