  The extra star was me being fair than the faster than usual service. I realize while writing this that that means that it wasn't very busy and I can see why. I first time I ordered from this place months ago it took a while to arrive but it was great. The next time it took about 2 hours but I still enjoyed it but not this time. One of the containers was opened and the entire bag was filled with sauce. The rice and napkins were soaked in the sauce from the chicken. I couldn't reach inside with my hand being completely slimy. I understand that trying to keep it upright in the car isn't something totally possible so I'll be fair to that. However the food was awful. The General Tso and Orange chicken tasted exactly the same with no flavor and was consistently rough to eat. The worst experience I've ever had with any chinese restaurant and that's a shame. I will not be returning for business again. 21 dollars is too much for something I threw away. Next time I'll be ordering a pizza.

  We got their menu in the mail a few days ago. Thought we would give it a go...noticed they were awarded a clean plate award from abc6...
  I got the sesame chicken and it was just plain tasting. The rice was plain tasting. No flavor. Maybe another choice would have been better. Not sure. My mom got sweet and sour shrimp and she said it wasn't bad.

  Been coming to jades for 30 yrs it is nothing like it used to be. Ray made the best food. Then when he sold it the new owners had pretty great food as well. However the new owners have really let the place go to the ground!! The food has no taste. The chicken is just gross it tastes almost as if it's not cooked all the way!! The waitress we have had numerous problems with. Recently we paid with cash and we sat there 4 ever waiting 4 her to bring our $16 in change we finally asked about it her exact words were I KEEP!! We chose not to make a fuss and let her just keep it. I would of understood had it been more than just my friend and I or if we made a mess. Anyway I returned a few weeks later only to have the server do the same thing. Keeping $ 14 so the next time I came I paid with my debit card. And I left my own tip 0f $5 my bill was $21 so I felt $5 was fair. Well because of this the next time I returned she took it upon herself to add her tip in on my debit card!! I then just decided Not only has the food gotten disgusting but now they are literally just stealing from customers. Wow. I tried that double dragon up the road and Thier food is really good the wor Sue gui tastes very similar to Ray's. And the staff is very prompt and polite.
