  TGI Fridays is getting more expensive than similar restaurants. The burgers are always cooked well to well done even if you'd prefer something a little closer to medium. Can't beat the appetizers though.

  My fiance and I received a gift card and since he had never been, we decided to give it a try.
  
  To start, we weren't even acknowledged when we entered - one girl was on the phone, another just looked at us then walked away. A few minutes later, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait, even though there were empty tables. This was a Thursday evening, around 7 pm, so it wasn't that busy. When we were seated, the girl who seated us mumbled through her "greeting", then the waiter arrived. He took our orders and the food arrived in a decent amount of time. He didn't ask us if things were to our liking, nor did he come back and refill the drinks. We asked for the check, paid the check, and he never returned. No "thanks for stopping by", nothing. As we got up to leave, nothing was said by ANY of the staff that we passed on the way out.
  
  The food was great. The service was terrible. I'm just glad we had a gift card and didn't spend our OWN money on this place. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant.

  Great mgr and wonderful server in the bar area name Tori.
  
  However the server in the bar area name Lexie does not have that customer service flair.
  
  Excellent food, great atmosphere!

  Great food. I really enjoy taking my family here. The management team is very customer service driven! Good food and good prices!
