  Awful. Absolutely horrible. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Told a 35 minute wait for party of 4, which is fine. After nearly an hour, we found out our names had been crossed off the list by the "host". We finally sat down and 20 minutes later we were able to place our breakfast order. 40 minutes after placing the order, the food came out and we still had no silverware. The waitress brought our silverware and that was the last we saw her until our checks. Except we did see her sit down for 10 minutes at the table next to us to complain about not getting a tip to a coworker because that table had a very similar experience and their order was wrong. There's no chance in hell I'll ever be back to this place.

  As the local IHOP, this place is pretty great. I would give it a much higher score if I did not make a trip west to my son's wedding in Idaho. We stopped into an IHOP in Utah that was amazing. We ordered steak tips that nearly melted in our mouths and had the best service we have experienced in a service establishment in our adult lives. I really wish that level of commitment to service existed here. This is a good IHOP. I've been to great.
  
  Addendum a few months later, here at 2am and the phone rings off the hook and people callously pass with no notice whatsoever. I was one of those callers about 30 minutes prior. Sad.
