  Food is good but lock your car. I would give the place more stars but the last two times I've been here there have been cars getting broken into. This time I saw a police officer writing a report and he said it's the second time tonight and happens all the time. So food is good but lock your doors.

  Orders written down by waiter were delivered to table wrong. One of the choices on the appetizers was brought as pickles instead of wings. A special order burger for a child was not delivered with the right toppings. Bacon on two of the burgers was fried so much it was burnt tasting and hard. Fries were dried as if they had been sitting out too long. Burgers were heavily seasoned with salt and pepper so much that they were overwhelming. No one wanted to take their leftovers home. Would not recommend visiting this location.
  
  While some may see these as minor things, when you go out with your family to celebrate a special day, each little screw up with dinner begins to eat away at the mood until you're left with feeling like you are not important enough as a customer to take a few extra seconds to check the order before sending it out. I would much rather wait an unknowing thirty seconds to make sure my food is right. But when you rush the food out, completely bypassing the written order or telling yourself "that looks good enough" you completely bring the mood of your customers down.
  
  I wasn't the only one getting bad orders that night, I overheard a few of the other tables complaining to their waiters too. This isn't just an "oh well, it was a bad night , staff, let's do better next time." No, a restaurant should always be trying to go above and beyond to give their customers the best experience possible. Each time you have a night like this you lose a room full of customers for life.
  
  We will not be returning to Logan's Roadhouse.

  Food is good but there is definitely not a manager supervising. Salads come after dinner. Good luck getting rolls or drink refills. Staff has attitude. Except for the bar, they know what they are doing. Sit there.

  Waited 25 minutes after quoted time before our name was called. Waited 20 minutes after being seated before anyone came to our table. Placed our order. Waited another 10 minutes before we got drinks and bread. And the bread was doughy and undercooked! Our waitress was never around any of her tables either during all of our waiting! All the other tables around us were left with dirty plates and trash all over floor the entire time. Other customers around us also complaining about wait as well as food. When we told them we were leaving they did not have any care whatsoever.
